Our Story
Cordier Contracting LLC is a premier contracting company established in 2020. We specialize in constructing custom homes, vacation rentals, and various structures. With a focus on project management, planning, and home design services using Chief Architect software, we ensure every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection. Kole Cordier is the founder and handles all administrative tasks, design, planning and ordering. His dad, Mark, is the Senior Foreman, overseeing all job site tasks, sub-contractors and communicating regularly with the owners. Our dedicated team manages builds from inception to completion, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to your needs.
